Will Ferrell
Will Ferrell
rose to fame as a actor on "Saturday Night Live," before appearing in
big-screen comedies such as 'Elf,' 'Anchorman and 'Talladega Nights.' In 1967,
in Irvine, California, Will Ferrell launched his comedy career by being a part
of the Los Angeles-based improv group the Groundlings. After his seven-year
stint as Saturday Night Live's cast member, Ferrell became one of the most
well-known comedians in the business through off-color hits like Old School
(2003) or Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004). Ferrell co-founded
Funny or Die, a well-known video streaming site. Ferrell also had the success
of voiceovers for actors in animated films like Megamind (2010). John William
Ferrell was born on the 16th of July 1967 in Irvine, California. Will Ferrell,
who was the oldest son and keyboardist of the Righteous Brothers Lee Ferrell
and Kay Ferrell, was hardly the clown in class as an University High School
senior. He was quiet and studious however, he decided to be a football player
and set a school record for the highest number of field goals made. Ferrell did
not display the outrageous, humorous exclamations which would make him famous
later in his career although he was in the suburbs of comfort.
